A Guide to EightEleven
With our continued commitment towards improving the level of service given to our clients, we have developed a custom report monitoring system named EightEleven. Our backend system is able to track and manage all requests made by our clients for our jobs, and allows for our clients to add jobs to the system directly as well as view the status and complete details of the job.
EightEleven for you.
EightEleven is used as the first point of call by all our field agents and relationship managers. Upon receiving your job request, a job number is assigned and work on the job is begun. As details and status of the job are updated, the job record online is updated. Details of the job, once completed, including report page numbers, are updated. In most cases, our clients are able to view the details of the job as soon as they are updated. The system also notifies the clients directly via email.
