Fraud Prevention
Anderson Consulting takes fraud very seriously. In order to eliminate fraud within the organization from ever occurring, and spot any inconsistencies, we have a rigrous fraud prevention department also headed by the product in charge and is overseen by the directors independently. The Fraud Prevention Department is responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the reports sent by ACPL. Fraud Prevention has two roles, prevention, and verification one: First, Fraud Prevention maintains a list of various locations and people who may be engaged in fraudulent activity (and subject them to added verification and scrutiny is the secondary stage), as well as maintaining that employees receive a random list of assignments. Furthermore, in order to deter fraud, cameras are assigned randomly with empty cards (or film roll) to our Verification and Valuation officers. The Second Role of verifying reports occurs when Fraud Prevention officers routinely check and re-verify reports on the second day to insure that the report was authentic. This is done by collecting reports from a random pool. Any discrepancies are reported to the client as soon as possible.
Another object of deterring fraud is in our procedures. All reports are printed on paper with serials below which are linked to the report itself. All report records are stored online and bankers may access our online system (named EightEleven) to view the status and verify report details (including report serial numbers). Furthermore, directors sign off on all reports that leave, insuring that only genuine reports leave ACPL. It is our goal to insure that Anderson Consulting provides an unbiased and genuine information services which can help you make the most informed decisions.
