Address and Telephone Verification Services

In order to confirm the correctness of addresses, we have professional, trained and dedicated team of staff and our verification services are reliable and fast.

Our methodology includes physical visits to the bank by the supervisor who presents the verification summary of the previous day’s jobs and collects new assignments. These new jobs are then distributed randomly amongst the verification officers geographically. These addresses and details are physically verified and brought into the office where there are checked by the authorized persons and by the fraud department on random basis. A report is submitted to the bank once these checks are completed. At the same time meetings are held with the clients also to insure that the supervisors are meeting the standards requirements of Anderson Consulting and the expectations of our clients.

We have separate teams available for each bank and are rotated in accordance with our standards in order to prevent fraud. Our MIS Coordinators coordinates directly with the bank officers in order to provide daily updates and smooth any  bottlenecks to minimize the turn around time (TAT). We aim to provide a One Day turn-around-time for all verifications that occur without incident. Please be advised that we have the capacity and the systems in place to handle any quantum of address and documents verifications.

Our services of Address Verification are as follows:

  • Physical verification of applicants provided address and/or telephone number.
  • Our verification officers confirm from the applicant’s vicinity of applicant’s address and will provide you with Hard copy of 2 photographs on A-4 size sheet along with 05 photographs of separate views inside (if permission granted) and outside will be provided by us through email
  • Provision of final reports within 24 hours (TAT).
  • All Records are mantained electronically, including photography, for a period pre-decided between the bank and ACPL.
